About the WATDA Foundation

The WATDA Foundation was established as a charitable and philanthropic way for auto and truck dealers, and dealer families, to “give back.”

Governance
A twenty-two member elected board of directors representing both dealer principals and public members.
The WATDA Foundation board of directors has statewide representation. Officers are elected within the group.

Staff
The WATDA Foundation staff consists of the President, Vice President, Financial personnel, program and education directors, and field staff.

How is the Foundation Funded?
Dealer-members contribute 62% of operating and program funds each year.  In addition, there are corporate and foundation partners that contribute the remaining amount to support the Foundation’s goals and programming.
